This filter is designed for clean room air supply device, usded in ceiling skeletons. Suitable for in clean room : cleanliness Class 1 to 1000000. FFU filter adopt cyclic transformer , it can reduce noice of power supply, can be group or individual direct control. Efficiency of filter from 99.999% to 99.999999%,  adapted the system of EBM BUS and FFU air volume, remote control the motor speed, system is easy to operate. Filter can collocated with HEPA or ULPA.
